Ingredients

  • for tikki-gramefliur 11/2cup

  • Onion chopped 2

  • Green chilli chopped 3

  • Coriander leaves chopped 1tbsp

  • Red chilli powder 1tsp

  • Dry pomegranate seeds 1tsp

  • Dry coriander seeds 1tsp

  • ,salt for tikki 1tsp mint leaves chopped

  • Water for tikki 1/4cup oil for tikki 2tbsp for greavy 1tbsp

  • Water for greavy 1 cup

  • Tomato chopped 2

  • Dry masale for greavy-red chilli powder 1tsp

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Coriander powder 1tsp

  • Haldi powder 1/2tsp

  • Oil for deep frying 2 cup

    For tikki-take bowl add grameflour

  • 02

    Add all ingredients of tikki

  • 03

    Use water slowly mix it

  • 04

    Make tight dough

    5ake little ball from dough make tikki

    Deepfry all tikkies in hot oil on low flame

    For greavy-heat the pan add oil

    Now add onion and green chilli chopped

    When onion turn light brown in colour add tomato

    Now mix all dry masale

    Cook it for 2 min on low flame

    Add water and tikki

  • 13

    Cover it with lid

  • 14

    Cook it for 10 min on low flame
