Grind coconut, cumin seeds with adequate water to form fine paste
In earthen vessel, add vellarika, mango, turmeric and green chillies. add water.Cover and cook until tender
Add ground coconut paste, salt and mix well
Bring to boil, switch off
Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds. Add dry red chilli and curry leaves with shallots. Saute until translucent
Add seasoning to the curry. Mix well. Servd hot with rice
