Ingredients

  • 2 bowl Boiled rice

  • 2 onion paste

  • 1 tablespoon Ginger and garlic paste

  • 100 gms paneer cut in small cubes

  • 1 teaspoon kasuri meethi

  • 1 teaspoon Jeera

  • 1 teaspoon Everest Biryani Masala

  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder

  • 2 tablespoons Oil

  • 1 tablespoon salt

Directions

    Firstly take kadhai add oil, when oil get hot add jeera, then add onion, ginger and garlic paste. Then fry till oil separated from paste.

    Then add Biryani masala powder, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and saute for 2 min.

    Then add paneer and rice and saute for 5 min.

    Your Briyani is ready. Served with any types of Raita.
