Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup paneer cubes


  • 1 tsp Carom seeds


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp aamchur powder


  • 1 tsp paneer masala


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 cup oil for frying


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 pinch of hing


  • 1 cup bengal gram


  • 1 cup water

Directions

  • In a bowl bengal gram
  • Add all dry masala (ingredients)
  • Mix well
  • Make a batter
  • Dip each paneer cubes in a batter gently
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Once oil hot enough
  • Add coated paneeer cubes few at a time in a oil
  • Fry till golden
  • Drain on absorbant paper
  • Serve with ketchup and chutney
