Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup paneer cubes

  • 1 tsp Carom seeds

  • 1 tsp chilli powder

  • 1 tsp aamchur powder

  • 1 tsp paneer masala

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 cup oil for frying

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 pinch of hing

  • 1 cup bengal gram

  • 1 cup water

    In a bowl bengal gram

  • 02

    Add all dry masala (ingredients)

    Mix well

  • 04

    Make a batter

  • 05

    Dip each paneer cubes in a batter gently

  • 06

    Heat oil in a pan

  • 07

    Once oil hot enough

  • 08

    Add coated paneeer cubes few at a time in a oil

    Fry till golden

  • 10

    Drain on absorbant paper

  • 11

    Serve with ketchup and chutney
