Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Spinach - 1cup (boiled and finely chopped)


  • Oil - 1 tablespoon


  • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon


  • Green chilli 1


  • Onion 1 medium sized (finely chopped)


  • Potato - 1/2cup (boiled and chopped)


  • Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon


  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon


  • Cumin powder 1 teaspoon


  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon


  • Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)


  • Gram masala powder 1 teaspoon


  • White sesame seeds 1 tablespoon


  • Salt 1teaspoon


  • Ghee 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Take a pan add oil then add cumin seeds, green chilli saute then add onion fry for 1min.
  • Add cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, gram masala powder fry for 2min.
  • Add spinach fry for 5min on low flame.
  • Add potato fry for 2min.
  • Add 1/2cup water then add salt and ghee cook for 2min.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Easy palak wale aloo is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves and sesame seeds.
