Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Broccoli - 1cup


  • Butter - 3 tablespoons


  • Tomato - 4pieces


  • Almond - 10pieces


  • Bread crumbs - 1/2cup


  • Oregano - 1teaspoon


  • Salt - 1teaspoon


  • Green chilli 1


  • Oil - 1cup (for frying)


  • Gram masala powder - 1teaspoon


  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Cream - 1/2cup

Directions

  • Take a pan add 1 tablespoon butter then add broccoli fry for 1min.
  • Take a jar add broccoli, bread crumbs and oregano, salt blend it in fine paste.
  • Take a pan add oil then make ball from the mixture and deep fry it till it golden brown.
  • Take a pan add 1 tablespoon butter then add almond saute then add tomato fry for 1min then turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool.
  • Blend this in fine paste.
  • In the same pan add butter then add tomato puree fry for 1min.
  • Add gram masala powder, salt, red chilli powder, 1/2cup water and cook for 5min.
  • Add fresh cream fry for 2min then turn off the flame.
  • Take a serving plate add gravy in Base then put kofta on it.
  • Broccoli Malai Kofta is ready to serve serve it by garnish of cream.
