Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Broccoli - 1cup

  • Butter - 3 tablespoons

  • Tomato - 4pieces

  • Almond - 10pieces

  • Bread crumbs - 1/2cup

  • Oregano - 1teaspoon

  • Salt - 1teaspoon

  • Green chilli 1

  • Oil - 1cup (for frying)

  • Gram masala powder - 1teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon

  • Cream - 1/2cup

Directions

    Take a pan add 1 tablespoon butter then add broccoli fry for 1min.

    Take a jar add broccoli, bread crumbs and oregano, salt blend it in fine paste.

    Take a pan add oil then make ball from the mixture and deep fry it till it golden brown.

    Take a pan add 1 tablespoon butter then add almond saute then add tomato fry for 1min then turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool.

    Blend this in fine paste.

    In the same pan add butter then add tomato puree fry for 1min.

    Add gram masala powder, salt, red chilli powder, 1/2cup water and cook for 5min.

    Add fresh cream fry for 2min then turn off the flame.

    Take a serving plate add gravy in Base then put kofta on it.

    Broccoli Malai Kofta is ready to serve serve it by garnish of cream.
