Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 250 grams paneer (Cottage Cheese)

  • 1 cup tomato puree

  • 1 cup fresh malai

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 tsp Ginger-green chilli paste

  • 1 tsp everest coriender powder

  • 1/2 tsp Everest turmeric powder

  • 1/4 tsp Everest red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp Everest garam masala powder

  • 1/2 tsp Everest Paneer masala

  • 1/2 tsp Everest kashmiri red chilli powder

  • 1/4 tsp Everest dry mango powder

  • 2 tsp butter

  • 1/2 tsp salt/ as needed

Directions

    Paneer ko cubes mai cut kar le.

  • 02

    Pan ko garm karne rakhe, garm hone par butter dal kar garam kare.

  • 03

    Ab ginger - green chilli paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and turmaric powder dalkar bhune.

    Ab tomato puree dalkar chalaye, and jabtak tomato oil nahi chod de tab tak bhun le, aur paneer masala dal kar chalaye.

    Ab malai dalkar mix kar le, fir milk dalkar chalaye.

    Ab paneer ki cubes dalkar achche se mix kare and 5 minutes ke liye dak kar slow flame par pakane de. yadi sabhi gadi Lage toh jarurat ke anusaar milk/ water add kar de.

    Ab flame band kar de, Malai Paneer Masala ki sabji ban kar reddy hai.

  • 08

    Malai Paneer Masala ki sabji ko ek bowl mai dalkar naan, paratha and roti ke saath serve kare.
