Ingredients

  • 1.Gramflour 250 gm


  • 2.Carom seed 1tbspn


  • 3.Cumin 1/2 tbspn


  • 4.Turmeric powder 1/2 tbspn


  • 5.Potato 4 big


  • 6.Garam masala 1 tbspn


  • 7.Red chilly powder 1/2 tbspn


  • 8.Fresh green coriander leaves 1 bunch


  • 9.Green chilly 2


  • 10.Salt 2 tbspn


  • 11.Oil 1 litre


  • 12.Bread slices 10 piece


  • 13.Cooking soda 1 tpspn

Directions

  • 1.By adding gramflour ,salt,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,carom seed n soda make a batter now mashed boil potato and rest ingridients make stuffing now heat the oil in pan filled the stuffing in a bread and cover it with other slice then cut the bread in two pieces 2.dip in batter n fry on low medium flame in hot oil...when bread pakoda turns crispy n golden in colour take it out serve with green chutney,tomato sauce,mayo or ginger tea😊....happy cooking😊
