Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • For paste,,,2 onion


  • 1 tometo


  • 5 garlic


  • 1 piece of ginger


  • 3 green chilli


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 15 leaves mint


  • 1 tsp saunf


  • 10 cashcew


  • For birayani,,,1/2 cup oil


  • 1/2 cup pure ghee


  • 2 cup basmati rice boiled


  • 2 onion long and thin cut


  • 15 Cashchew


  • 15 kishmish


  • 1 tbsp birayani masala


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1/2 tsp turmric


  • 2 tsp coriander pwd


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp suger


  • 1/2 cup hung curd


  • 1/4 cup freash cream


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1/4 cup cardamom pwd


  • 1 capsicum chopped


  • 1 cup carrot chopped


  • 1 cup cauliflour chopped


  • 1 potato chopped


  • 1/4 cup peas


  • 1/4 cup paneer long slice


  • 1 cup coriander and mint chopped

Directions

  • First take a mixer jar
  • Add all ing. Of paste
  • Make thin paste
  • Take a pan heat oil
  • Fry all vegitables ,paneer ,kaju and kishmish
  • Now take a pan heat ghee
  • Add paste in it
  • Add all dry masala
  • Add cardamom pwd,salt,suger,curd and freash cream
  • Add fry veggies
  • Mix well
  • Now take a pan heat oil
  • Put one layer of rice
  • Spread veggies paste
  • Spread some onion fry and paneer pieces
  • Put another layer of rice
  • Spread veggies ,paneer and onion
  • Now spread last layer of rice
  • Spread 1 tsp ghee on it
  • Keep on sim gas till 8 to 10 min
  • At last add coriander leaves and mint leaves
  • Take a rice trey put some biryani on it
  • Garnish with paneer fry ,onion fry and kaju fry
  • Spread some leaves of coriander leaves
  • Ready to serve
  • Serve hot with fruit rayta and veggies rayta
