Hara Dhania Chholiya Aaloo Wadi

Description

Cilantro Green Chickpeas Potato Wadi with Chapati.  Today I am presenting here a unique and fusion recipe of Punjabi Chholiya and Aaloo wadi.  It is a traditional recipe that is made in the North Indian Punjabi Cuisine.  This is a different variety of regular aaloo wadi from the traditional Punjabi Chana recipe and tastes just as delicious.  The green chickpeas are blended well with the spicy Aaloo wadi curry and enhanced with the delicate flavours of cilantro prepared instantly and served with chapati or rice.
