Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Rice - 1cup


  • Water - 1.5cup


  • Ghee - 1 tablespoon


  • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon


  • Black cardamom - 1 piece


  • Green cardamom - 2pieces


  • Bay leaves - 1 piece


  • Cinnamon stick - 1 piece


  • Cloves - 2pieces


  • Green peas - 1/2cup


  • Salt - 1teaspoon


  • Onion - 1 medium sized (finely chopped)

Directions

  • Take a bowl add rice wash it and keep it aside for 10min.
  • Take a cooker add ghee then add cumin seeds, cardamom pots, cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leaves saute.
  • Add onion fry for 2min then add green peas fry for 1min.
  • Add rice fry for 2min then add salt mix it well.
  • Add water mix it well then close the lid.
  • Cook till 1 whistle then turn off the flame.
  • Peas pulao is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves.
