Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 5 boiled potatoes


  • 2 tbsp gram flour besan


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp ajwain


  • 4 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1/2tsp garam masala powder


  • Frozen cream 4 tbsp


  • 3 onions


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 4 tomatoes


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp Everest sabji masala


  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 2 tsp kasoori methi


  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions

  • In a bowl add boiled potatoes gram flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp ajwain 1 tbsp coriander leaves mash all of these nicely
  • Now form balls of this mixture with frozen cream filled inside fill as much cream as u can
  • Fry the ready koftas before the cream melts fry them on medium flame till golden brown and crispy keep aside
  • In a wok add some oil and then add 1 tsp sugar add grinded onions and fry them till they start browning then add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes away
  • Fry this paste nicely and then add 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp Everest sabji masala 2 tsp coriander powder 1/2tsp turmeric powder fry all this for a min
  • Then add grinded tomatoes and fry nicely till the oil separates and tomato sauce and kasoori methi and rest of the frozen cream and fry it nicely for about 4-5 mins
  • Add water to form a nice gravy u can add milk if u want to make the dish richer cover the gravy boil for 5 mins till all the flavours merge nicely
  • For serving place the koftas in a bowl and pour hot gravy over the koftas and some cream and garnish with fresh coriander leaves
  • Can be served with roti or rice...
