Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gram paneer


  • 100 gram frozen peas / fresh peas


  • 1 large onion


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 4 curry leaves


  • 1 tsp Everest kashmiri red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp paneer masala


  • 1 pinch sugar


  • 1 -2 tsp salt


  • 11/2 tbsp Oil


  • 1 tomato chopped

Directions

  • Take oil in a pan and add curry leaves mustard seeds, .let it crackle and add onions and salt. let it turn golden brown.
  • Next add ginger garlic paste and let the raw smell go away
  • Add tomatoes and wait till it turn mushy. Add turmeric, red chilli powder and cumin powder.when oil will seperate add peas .
  • Cut paneer in cubes and transfer it into the pan. Stir well and add paneer masala. Cover for 5 minutes and then add 1 cup water.
  • Simmer on low flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.serve hot.
