Pressure cook chole in a cooker by adding some salt and cinnamon stick
When it's done one handful chole and mash it roughly. keep it aside.
In a pan add oil and add mustard seeds and wait till it crackle. Then add bay leaf , onion and some salt. Wait till it turn golden brown and shrink in size.
Add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder, cumin powder and wait till the raw aroma goes away.
Add tomato and let it turn mushy. Add Kashmir red chilli powder and mix it well. Add chole and mashed chole paste and mix it well. Cover for 5 minutes .
Add Everest chole masala and coriander leaves.
Finally add some water and bring it to boil. Add pinch of Everest garam masala and simmer for a minute.
Garnish with chopped onions, tomato and serve with lemon wedges and eat with hot bhature. 😋
