Ingredients

  • Instant Oats-80g

  • Hung Yoghurt -1 cup

  • Honey-1 tbsp

  • Ripe Mango-1

  • Almod chopped -2tbsp

Directions

    First cook the oats, for this heat a pan, roast the oats for 1 min and then add 1 cup of water to it. Cook it well on medium flame till the oats well cooked and then turn off the heat and allow it to cool.

    Peel the mango, cut it into pieces and then blend it in a mixer grinder. Keep some chopped mangoes aside. Chop the almonds.

    Once the oats cools down completely , then add the yoghurt and honey to it and whisk it well.Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.

    Pour the oats -yoghurt into a serving glass, then pour the mango puree over it and then again pour the oats-yoghurt on it and make a layer of it and then at last add the chopped mangoes on the top along with chopped almonds and then serve it.
