Ingredients

  • 2 bunch palak wash kiya hua


  • 10-12 garlic cloves


  • 2 onion chopped


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 1/4 tsp sugar


  • 1 green chilli


  • 1/4 tsp haldi


  • to taste Salt


  • 2 tomato chopped..


  • 1 tsp pav bhaji masala


  • 1/2 cup boiled Sweet corn

  • Paste banane ke liye palak, onion, garlic cloves, ginger, green chilli, tomato ko cut kar le
  • Paste ke sare ing. Ko Ek sath milakr kadai me 1/2 cup pani dalkar 5 to 7 minutes cook kar le....uske baad drain kre....or thanda kar ke mixi me smooth paste bana le...
  • Ek kadai ko garam hone de........fir palak ki gravy dale..... 1 min baad....
  • Fir boiled Sweetcorn add karein 2 minutes cook karein
  • Pavbhaji masala.....haldi... salt add karein...1minute cook kar ke.......and 1 min fir se cook karein and gas off krde.....or garma garm....roti... ke sath serve karein.
