Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Paneer 300gms


  • Boiled potato grated 2


  • Capsicum 2tbsp chopped


  • Coriander leaves 2tbsp chopped


  • Mint leaves 2tbsp chopped


  • Red chilli powder 1tsp


  • Green chilli 5chopped


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Cornflour 2tbsp


  • Maida 2 tbsp


  • Baking powder 1/4tsp


  • Salt 1/4tsp


  • Chopped coriander leaves 1tbsp


  • Chilled water 1/2cup


  • Oil for frying 2cup

Directions

  • Mix Paneer, potato, capsicum, green chillies, mint leaves, red chilli powder, salt
  • Mix everything together
  • Make round balls
  • Make slurry with cornflour, Maida, baking powder, Salt, water, coriander leaves
  • The consistency should be such that it coats the back of spoon
  • Heat oil in a wok
  • Dip cutlet in slurry and deep fry it
