Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Chicken ,boneless 1/2 kgs

  • onion 2 nos

  • tomato 1 nos

  • Green chilly 2 nos

  • Egg 2 nos

  • Bread Crunches 1 cups

  • Roasted vermicelli 1 cups

  • Pepper powder 2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

Directions

    Cook the chicken with little salt and turmeric powder and grind it.

    Now prepare the filling by sautéing onions ,chilly, tomato ,pepper powder ,ginger garlic paste ,boiled and grinded chicken add required salt and keep it aside.

    Make round shaped small balls keep it aside

    Prepare an egg batter by beating egg with salt.

  • 05

    Dip each ball in the egg batter and coat it with fried. roasted vermicelli then coat it with bread crunches .

    Heat oil in a fry pan and put each ball in it carefully.

  • 07

    Do not over heat drain excess oil using tissue paper.

  • 08

    Serve hot with tomato chutney
