  • 1/2 kgs chicken ,boneless

  • 2 nos onion

  • 1 nos tomato

  • 2 nos green chilly

  • 2 nos egg

  • 1 cups bread crunches

  • 1 cups roasted vermicelli

  • 2 tsp pepper powder

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1 pinch salt


  • Cook the chicken with little salt and turmeric powder and grind it.
  • Now prepare the filling by sautéing onions ,chilly, tomato ,pepper powder ,ginger garlic paste ,boiled and grinded chicken add required salt and keep it aside.
  • Make round shaped small balls keep it aside
  • Prepare an egg batter by beating egg with salt.
  • Dip each ball in the egg batter and coat it with fried. roasted vermicelli then coat it with bread crunches .
  • Heat oil in a fry pan and put each ball in it carefully.
  • Do not over heat drain excess oil using tissue paper.
  • Serve hot with tomato chutney
