Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Chicken 1/2 kgs

  • Pepper Powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 3/4 tsp

  • Vinegar 2 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

  • Oil,as needed 1 tbsp

  • Cardamom 4 nos

  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  • Cinnamon 1 inch

  • Clove 5 nos

  • onion 1 cups

  • ginger 1 piece

  • Green Chilies 5 nos

  • Coconut Milk(1/2 cup first milk and 1 cup second milk) 1 1/2 cups

  • Curry Leaves 5-6 nos

  • tomato,medium size 1 nos

  • Fenugreek 1/2 tsp

  • garlic 5 nos

Directions

    To add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1/2 tsp pepper powder,salt and 1 tsp vinegar to chicken and marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.

    Then Fry the marinated chicken pieces on low flame in oil till very light brown .Keep aside.

    Then take another pan to add oil and then to fry cardamom,cinnamon,clove and fenugreek.

    After frying these to add ginger,garlic,green chili to fry.Then add sliced onion and after brown color to add 1 cup second coconut milk and mix it.

    Now add 1 tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1/2 tsp pepper powder and mix it.

    After boiling,add the fried chicken pieces and stir it.Then to add tomato and cover it with a lid for 10 minutes and mix it.

    Add first milk(thick) and just before boiling it keep it aside.Chicken Moly is Ready.
