Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • All purpose flour - 1cup


  • Sugar - 1teaspoon


  • Salt - 1teaspoon


  • Curd - 1/4cup


  • Baking powder - 1teaspoon


  • Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon


  • Potato - 4 small size (boiled and mashed)


  • Ginger - 1/2inch (grated)


  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Gram masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Green chilli - 1 piece (finely chopped)


  • Mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Butter - 25gm


  • Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon


  • Oil - 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Take a bowl add all purpose flour, oil, baking soda, baking powder, salt, sugar, curd and water to make soft dough.
  • Keep the dough aside for 60min to ferment.
  • Take another bowl add potato then add red chilli powder, salt, gram masala powder, mango powder, green chilli, ginger mix it well.
  • After 60min knead the dough once again then make ball from the dough and then fill it with stuffing.
  • Spring sesame seeds on it then press it and roll it.
  • Take a pan heat it.
  • Brush little water on one side of kulcha then put it in pan and cook for 1min on one side then 1min more on another side.
  • Greece the kulcha with butter and serve it with chola.
