Take a bowl add all purpose flour, oil, baking soda, baking powder, salt, sugar, curd and water to make soft dough.
Keep the dough aside for 60min to ferment.
Take another bowl add potato then add red chilli powder, salt, gram masala powder, mango powder, green chilli, ginger mix it well.
After 60min knead the dough once again then make ball from the dough and then fill it with stuffing.
Spring sesame seeds on it then press it and roll it.
Take a pan heat it.
Brush little water on one side of kulcha then put it in pan and cook for 1min on one side then 1min more on another side.
Greece the kulcha with butter and serve it with chola.
