In a pan Keep milk for boiling .
After first boil add 1 cup water then add citric acid n boil till u get cottage cheese .
Seperate the cheese from the whay n keep aside.
Now heat oil in a kadhai and saute gg paste along with onion saute till the onion is light brown in color .
Add all the dry spices and mix well .
Now add the tomatoes n cook till they are tender.
Now add the cottage cheese mix well and cook for 7_8 mins.
Keep stirring continuously.
Garnish with coriander.
Serve hot with nan or chappati.
