Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 litre milk


  • 1 pinch of citric acid


  • 2 onion


  • 2 tomatoes


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 2 tsp dhania powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp pav bhaji masala


  • 2 tsp salt

Directions

  • In a pan Keep milk for boiling . After first boil add 1 cup water then add citric acid n boil till u get cottage cheese . Seperate the cheese from the whay n keep aside.
  • Now heat oil in a kadhai and saute gg paste along with onion saute till the onion is light brown in color .
  • Add all the dry spices and mix well . Now add the tomatoes n cook till they are tender.
  • Now add the cottage cheese mix well and cook for 7_8 mins. Keep stirring continuously. Garnish with coriander. Serve hot with nan or chappati.
