Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 500 gms paneer


  • 2 onion cut lenghtwise


  • 4 tomatoes roughly chop


  • 4_5 green chillies


  • 12_15 cashewnuts


  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts


  • 1 snall head garlic


  • 1 small piece ginger


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 2 tsp dhania powder


  • 3 tbsp pasta masala


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  • Take a kadhia heat butter and oil. Add onion garlic ginger chilliez cashewnuts and peanuts and roast it nicely for atleast 10_12 mins.
  • Now add the tomatoes and cook till they are tender. Off the flame and let it cool.
  • Now grind it to a fine paste. Heat sum oil n butter again in the same pan add the onion paste .
  • Add all the dry spices and cook till oil seperates. Now add milk nandcook for few mins. Add paneer cubes and let it cook on low flame for 4_5 mins.
  • Adjust the gravy by adding sum water or milk accordingly. Now finally add the pasta masala and mix well. Off the flame. You can Garnish with coriander n sum grated paneer.
