Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Chicken 1/2 kg

  • oil 4 tsp

  • Butter 100 gram

  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

  • Tomato 1 (medium size)

  • Red chilli 2 tps

  • Tumeric 2 tsp

  • Curry powder 2 tsp

  • Kasoori mathi 4 tsp

  • Fresh cream 300 gram

  • Ginger 1 pieces

  • Red chilli flakes 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan

  • 02

    Add ginger garlic paste

  • 03

    Then add chicken and butter. fry upto it colour change.

  • 04

    Add blended tomato stir 3 mins.

  • 05

    Add chilli powder,tumeric, salt and curry powder upto oil separate stir well

  • 06

    Add kastoori mathi in chicken masala

  • 07

    Add giner pieces and chilli flakes cover for few mins.

    Ready to serve
