First kneed a daugh with maida,salt ,ajwain,green chutney and water
Take a pan boil the dal half
Take a bowl put dal ,salt,red chilli pwd,dry mango pwd,green chilli and coriander leaves
Now take 2 ball of daugh
Make 2 thin roties
Put some stuffing on the one roti
Cover with another roti on it
Heat tava put roti on it
Roast the roti both the side
When it roast spread ghee both side
Roast both side
Ready to serve
Serve hot with green chutney ,sauce or curd
