  • 1/2 litre milk

  • 1 cup homemade paneer (cottage cheese)

  • 6 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp elaichi powder

  • 1/2 cup coarsely crushed almons

  • 2 tbsp milk powder

    Take 1 cup cold milk add milk powder in it and keep the rest milk for boiling in a heavy botton pan adding sugar and elaichi powder

    When your milk starts boiling add the powdered milk and keep stirring for few mins .

    See that there are no lumps. Now add the cottage cheese (paneer) and mix well.

    Boil till you get a little thick consistency. Now add the crushed almonds boil for 2 mins and off the flame

    Lett it cool.Put it in kulfi mould and freeze it for max 7_8 hours or till it is set. Remove it in a plate and serve chilled.. Happy summer
