Take home made chicken mince in a bowl
Add all the ingredients and mix very well so that everything combine well.
Cut aluminium foil in rectangular shape, make cylindrical shaped kebab from prepared mixture
Wrap it in the foil and seal it well from both sides
Prepare all the kebabs similarly
Refrigerate them for minimum 4 hours or overnight
Steam chilled kebabs for 20-25 minutes, i steamed them in Idli vessel.
Leave them in steamer for 5 minutes and then unwrap them
Serving suggestions :You can just cut steamed kebabs into pieces and serve with a dip of your choice or stir fry them in little oil along with the veggies of your choice, season it, Sprinkle some Tabasco, It's ready to eat!
