Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 400 grams chicken mince


  • 2 tbsp crushed cashews almonds


  • 1 tsp crushed pepper


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 2 tbsp ginger green chilli paste


  • 2 tbsp mint leaves chopped


  • 1 tsp salt or to taste

Directions

  • Take home made chicken mince in a bowl
  • Add all the ingredients and mix very well so that everything combine well.
  • Cut aluminium foil in rectangular shape, make cylindrical shaped kebab from prepared mixture
  • Wrap it in the foil and seal it well from both sides
  • Prepare all the kebabs similarly
  • Refrigerate them for minimum 4 hours or overnight
  • Steam chilled kebabs for 20-25 minutes, i steamed them in Idli vessel.
  • Leave them in steamer for 5 minutes and then unwrap them
  • Serving suggestions :You can just cut steamed kebabs into pieces and serve with a dip of your choice or stir fry them in little oil along with the veggies of your choice, season it, Sprinkle some Tabasco, It's ready to eat!
