Ingredients
Serves 4
chicken 250 gms
black pepper powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
Oil For frying 1 cups
Salt 1 pinch
Lime juice 2 tsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Directions
Take chicken pieces in bowl and add all spices ,salt ,lime jucie and ginger garlic paste to this.
Mix until chicken pieces are well coated.
Heat oil in pan and add these pieces to it.
Fry on medium heat until the chicken pieces are golden brown.
Drain and place on kitchen towels for the excess oil to get absorbed
Serve hot
