Mix all ingredients
Roll into shape the kofta n stuffed dry fruits
Then do shape the kofta coat with all purpose flour
Fry till golden brown and your kofta is ready
FOR GRAVY
Take another pan heat oil 1 tsp
Add two bayleaf and 3-4 cloves
Add 2 cinnamon sticks nd
Add Half tsp cumin seeds saute it then add onion paste 3-4 green chillies
Add 2 chopped tomato, salt 1 tsp, turmeric half tsp, red chili powder half tsp
Then add 1 tsp coriander powder mix well n saute it
Add 8-9 cashew nuts paste saute add 2 tsp curd mix it
Then add 3-4 tsp cream n 3-4 spoon khoa (mawa) mix it properly
Then add 1 tsp sugar and 1 bowl milk simmer for 3-4 minutes add coriander leaves
Add ghee 1 tsp n move spatula n malai gravy is ready for serve
Now take a serving plate take gravy drop kofta balls then pour gravy n sprinkle green chopped herbs n serve with rice n paratha, Naan
