Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Crumbled paneer - 1bowl


  • Boiled mashed potato - 1 bowl


  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup


  • All purpose flour 1 cup


  • Salt 1tsp, oil as required


  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp


  • Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients
  • Roll into shape the kofta n stuffed dry fruits
  • Then do shape the kofta coat with all purpose flour
  • Fry till golden brown and your kofta is ready
  • FOR GRAVY
  • Take another pan heat oil 1 tsp
  • Add two bayleaf and 3-4 cloves
  • Add 2 cinnamon sticks nd
  • Add Half tsp cumin seeds saute it then add onion paste 3-4 green chillies
  • Add 2 chopped tomato, salt 1 tsp, turmeric half tsp, red chili powder half tsp
  • Then add 1 tsp coriander powder mix well n saute it
  • Add 8-9 cashew nuts paste saute add 2 tsp curd mix it
  • Then add 3-4 tsp cream n 3-4 spoon khoa (mawa) mix it properly
  • Then add 1 tsp sugar and 1 bowl milk simmer for 3-4 minutes add coriander leaves
  • Add ghee 1 tsp n move spatula n malai gravy is ready for serve
  • Now take a serving plate take gravy drop kofta balls then pour gravy n sprinkle green chopped herbs n serve with rice n paratha, Naan
