Take a mixing bowl add crumbled paneer n massed potato
Add salt, black pepper powder, cinnamon powder coriander leaves Chili powder fresh n dry coconut powder
Add all purpose flour and mix well make dough of it
Take a dough with ur palm n make flat tikki shaped kofta
Heat Oil in a pan and fry it medium flame
Then heat little oil another pan add cashew nuts, onion, green chilli, tomato, ginger and garlic paste
Let it cook till tomato get mushy
Switch off the flame n allows it cool for some time and grind into fine paste
Take a pan on the flame.add oil add cinnamon stick n green cardamom bayleaf saute it few seconds
Add grind paste, salt nd spices into and allow it some time
Add boiled water as required boil properly then add some fresh cream mix well
Then drop fry tikki shaped kofta into it sprinkle some chopped green spices switch off the flame cover the lid
It goes with rice, roti n Naan
