Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 500 gms chicken – (cut into medium size pieces)


  • 1 cups oil to fry


  • 3/4 tsp to marinate : chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder


  • 3 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder


  • 2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 cups curry leaves


  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  • Clean and wash the chicken pieces. Squeeze it well so as remove water well from it.
  • Mix all the ingredients to marinate. Sprinkle little water into it and make it to a paste. Add cleaned chicken into it and keep it for half an hour.
  • Take the marinated chicken in a pressure cooker. Cover it with the lid without putting the cooker whistle. Steam the same. ( A steady steam should come for 2 min).
  • Open the cooker and if stock is there, cook without putting the lid till chicken is fully dry.
  • Heat oil in a nonstick pan and add chicken pieces and curry leaves.
  • Fry in medium- high flame until chicken pieces are brown in color.
  • Server hot.
