Ingredients

  • Paneer 250 gms

  • Chopped onion butter 2 tbsp

  • Fresh cream 1 tbsp

  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp

  • Tomato puree 2 tbs

  • Cumin seeds powder 1 tsp

  • Kasuri methi 1 tsp

  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp

  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp

    Marinate cottage cheese / paneer with lemon and salt. Keep half an hour. Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add marinated paneer / cottage cheese and fry it. Strain and keep aside. Again heat butter and oil in a same pan. Add chopped onion and fry till light brown. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for  one mins. Add cumin seeds powder,coriander powder.red chilly powder,turmeric powder and 2 tbsp water. Add tomato puree and mix well. Add cottage cheese / paneer pieces and cream and mix well. Cover it and cook well for 5 - 6 mins. Add kasuri methi,salt and garam masala powder.
