Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup Panner cubes


  • 1 cup Tomato puree


  • 1/4 cup cashew paste


  • 1 biryani leaf


  • 1 cinnamon stick


  • 3 red chilli


  • 2 red chilli powder


  • 3spoon coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp butter


  • 1/2 tsp sugar


  • 1 green chilli


  • 2 spoon salt


  • 2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 and half cup water


  • 1 tsp coriander powder

Directions

  • In pan heat butter add biryani leaf and pattai.saute it for a minute.add ginger garlic paste.cook for 5 min.
  • Now add tomato puree.cook for 5 min .after add cashew paste and red chilli powder.cook till oil begins to leaves in side.
  • After add green chilli or red chilli,garam masala powder,salt,sugar,mix well.
  • Now add coriander powder,after add water.cook well till gravy thickens.
  • After add paneer cubes. Gently mix it.cook for 5-10 min.then add corn water.gravy thickens well.spicy paneer cashew masala gravy is ready
