In pan heat butter add biryani leaf and pattai.saute it for a minute.add ginger garlic paste.cook for 5 min.
Now add tomato puree.cook for 5 min .after add cashew paste and red chilli powder.cook till oil begins to leaves in side.
After add green chilli or red chilli,garam masala powder,salt,sugar,mix well.
Now add coriander powder,after add water.cook well till gravy thickens.
After add paneer cubes. Gently mix it.cook for 5-10 min.then add corn water.gravy thickens well.spicy paneer cashew masala gravy is ready
