Ingredients
Serves 4
Bone less chicken 250 gms
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Corn flour+maida 1 bowls
Egg 1 nos
Oil 250 ml
Honey 1/2 cups
Tomato sauce 3 tsp
Water 2 tsp
Directions
Take well cleaned boneless chicken and chop it into small pieces.Then thoroughly mix it with salt,pepper,garlic,&chili powder.
The mixed chicken is then wraped by a layer of flour and it is dipped in the beaten egg and it is again mixed with flour to make it more crispy.
It is then fried out until it turns brown.Take the fried chicken & keep aside.
After that keep a Pan,pour honey,water & sauce,according to the quantity needed.And it is then cooked for one minute by the proper mixing.
Then the already prepared fried chickens are added to this mixture and mix well & it is allowed to cook for 2 minutes.Now the chicken poppers are ready to eat.
