Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Paneer cubes - 100 gms


  • Sunflower oil - 3 tablespoon


  • Ghee - 2 teaspoon


  • Kashmiri chilly powder - 2 1/2 teaspoon


  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon


  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon or to taste


  • Onion - 1 cup


  • Tomato - 1


  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 teaspoon


  • Kasuri methi - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Coriander leaves - 2 teaspoon


  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon


  • Water - 1 cup

Directions

  • Soak paneer in luke warm water for 30 minute
  • Squeeze paneer to remove excess water and marinate with kashmiri chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and keep it for 10 minutes
  • To a hot pan, add oil and cook marinated paneer for 5 minutes
  • Add oil and ghee to same pan
  • Add grated onion , ginger garlic paste and saute it till onion became brown color
  • Add chilly powder, salt and coriander powder
  • Add tomato Paste
  • Add 1 cup of water
  • Add fried paneer when it starts boiling
  • Add kasuri methi
  • Add garam masala powder and coriander leaves
  • Cook till gravy became thick
  • Yummy paneer masala is ready
