Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 bowl sooji


  • 1 bowl sour curd


  • 1 tspn salt


  • 1/2 tspn black pepper


  • 1/2 tspn red chilli powder


  • 2 tblspn chopped capsicum


  • 150 gms paneer


  • 3 tblspn chopped onion


  • 1 tspn oil


  • 1 tspn chat masala

Directions

  • Take a mixing bowl and add sooji and sour curd in it.
  • Mix it and add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder and chat masala to it.
  • Mix it and keep it aside.
  • In the mean while chopp onion and capsicum and mash 100 gms of paneer.
  • Now put these three things in the batter and mix it properly.
  • Brush the pan with oil and heat it.
  • Now pour all the batter on the pan and spread it evenly.
  • After spreading the batter, grate the remaining 50 gms of paneer on it evenly.
  • Now pour few drops of oil around the edges if needed.
  • Now cover it with the lid for 5 to 8 mins.
  • Flame should be medium and then low.
  • After 8 mins flip it and again cover it with the lid for 8 mins.
  • After 8 mins open the lid and check whether it is done or not.
  • If it is done then transfer this Paneer Handvo to the plate.
  • Serve hot with green chutney or any dip of your choice.
