wash and pat dry chicken
make a paste using coriander leaves,mint leaves,green chilli
marinade the chicken with hung curd,ginger garlic paste,salt,Malai,tandoori masala,Chaat masala and keep it for 1 hour.
add cornflour and mix well.
divide it into three parts.
in one part mix 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,red chilli powder and 1 tsp oil.
in the 2nd part add crushed black pepper,milk powder and 1 tsp oil.
in the third part mix the green paste
now grill the chicken pieces separately for 15 mins
serve hot with any dip and salad.
