Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 500 gms chicken boneless cut into inch pieces


  • 1 cups hung curd


  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala


  • 1 tbsp chaat masala


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tbsp malai


  • 1 tsp milk powder


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 10-12 nos mint leaves


  • 2-3 nos green chilli


  • 2 tbsp cornflour


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Directions

  • wash and pat dry chicken
  • make a paste using coriander leaves,mint leaves,green chilli
  • marinade the chicken with hung curd,ginger garlic paste,salt,Malai,tandoori masala,Chaat masala and keep it for 1 hour.
  • add cornflour and mix well.
  • divide it into three parts.
  • in one part mix 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,red chilli powder and 1 tsp oil.
  • in the 2nd part add crushed black pepper,milk powder and 1 tsp oil.
  • in the third part mix the green paste
  • now grill the chicken pieces separately for 15 mins
  • serve hot with any dip and salad.
