Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Jack fruit(raw) - 1 kg


  • Meat - 1/2 kg


  • coconut (fresh) - 1/2 bowl


  • Garlic - 6 cloves


  • Ginger - 2 small ( crushed )


  • Onion - 1 medium ( chopped)


  • Green chilly - 3 number


  • Aniseed - 1 tablespoon


  • Coriander seeds - 2 tablespoon


  • Black pepper - 1 tablespoon


  • Cinnamon - 1/2 stick


  • Curry leaves - 4 stem


  • Nut mug flower - 1/2 of a flower


  • Turmeric powder - 2 tablespoon


  • Kashmir Chilly powder - 1 tablespoon


  • Salt - 1 tablespoon


  • Garam masala - 1 tspn


  • Coconut oil - 4 tablespoon

Directions

  • FOR THE PREPARATION OF MEAT :- wash and cut the meat well
  • mix the meat with onion, green chilly, ginger, 2 stem of curry leaves, 1 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil, and salt as much as needed.
  • kept all these in a cooker wait till for 3 whistle
  • FOR MASALA :- heat the pan
  • add coconut oil. then add fresh coconut, curry leafs, black pepper, ani seeds, coriander seed, cinnamon, garlic and nut mug flower
  • mix all these till get a brown colour. then add garam masala and kashmeri chilli powder
  • turn off the flame and let it cool. once it cooled grind it in a mixy.
  • mix this mixture with cooked meat
  • cook the jack fruit in a cooker
  • FOR CURRY :- heat a big pan, put cooked jack fruit in it.
  • add cooked meat. mix well till all these get mixed well
  • turn off the flame. the tasty and spicy curry is ready
