  • Minced Chicken 300 grams

  • egg 1 No.

  • All purpose flour 2 tablespoon

  • Bread crumbs 1/3 cup

  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • grated ginger 2 teaspoon

  • castor sugar 1 tablespoon

  • corn flour 1 tablespoon

  • Orange juice 1/4 cup

  • Sweet soy sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Wooden skewers 4

    In a mixing bowl, add chicken, egg, pepper powder, required salt, all purpose flour, breadcrumbs and mix together. Shape into small balls.

    In a sauce pan add 1 litre water and bring to boil. Add the grated ginger to the boiling water

    Now add the chicken balls into the boiling water. Let it cook for 9 minutes. When cooked the balls will float to the surface.

    Scoop out and drain the water. Place it on a kitchen towel.

    In a pan add orange juice, sugar, soya sauce and bring to boil. Simmer for 4 minutes.

    In a small add corn flour to 1 teaspoon water mix and add to the orange sauce.

    Simmer for another 2 minutes. By now the sauce should have turned to thick consistency.

    Now add the chicken balls into the sauce and mix together so that the meatballs get coated with tangy orange sauce. Remove from heat.

    Thread the chicken meatballs into skewers and serve
