Firstly Mix all the above ingredients and make a dough keep aside
Heat oil in a kadhai and saute gg paste along with onion and capsicum saute till the onion is light brown in color .and capsicum is little tender
Add all the dry spices and mix well .

Now add the cottage cheese mix well and cook for 7_8 mins.
Keep stirring continuously and cook till you get a dry mixture
Add sum coriander and let it cool
#Method_to_prepare_cutlets
Now make small lemon size balls ftom the potato dough .Take 2 balls flaten it with the help of youur palm .
Nowput the paneer in center and and cover it with the other flaten ball close tbe sides nicely and give a proper shape of cutlets In this way make all the cutlets a d keep it in freeze for an hour.
After an hour heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlets and serve hot with sauce.
If you want you can shallow fry also.
