Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 500 gms paneer

  • 2 onion cut lenghtwise

  • 4 tomatoes cut into 4 pieces

  • 4_5 green chillies

  • 12_15 cashewnuts

  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts

  • 1 small head garlic

  • 1 small piece of ginger

  • 2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 2 tsp dhania powder

  • 1 tbsp paneer masala

  • 1 tbsp kitchen king masala

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 cup milk

    Take a kadhia heat butter and oil. Add onion garlic ginger chillies cashewnuts and peanuts roast it nicely for atleast 10_12 mins.

    Now add the tomatoes and cook till they are tender.Off the flame and let it cool.

    Now grind it to a fine paste. Heat sum oil and butter again in the same pan add the onion paste .

    Add all the dry spices and cook till oil seperates.

    Now add milk and cook for few mins. Add paneer cubes and let it cook on low flame for 4_5 mins.

    Adjust the gravy by adding sum water or milk accordingly.

    Now finally add the paneer masala and mix well. Off the flame.

    Now finally add the paneer masala and mix well. Off the flame. You can Garnish with coriander and sum grated paneer.
