Boil all the green ve gesalong with sugar and onion..
Give only 2_3 boil.
Strain and grind to a fine paste
Heat oil kadhai and saute garlic till it changes colour add tomato puree and dry masalas .cook till oil seperates.
Now add palak puree and cook on low flame for 7_8 mins add paneer and cook again for 3_4 mins..
Your yummmiii palak paneer is ready to serve with hot nan or chappati
