Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 2 bunch palak

  • 1 cup methi

  • 1 cup chuka

  • 250 gms paneer

  • 8_10 garlic cloves diced

  • 1 onion

  • 6 tomatoes make a puree

  • 2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp haldi

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 2vtbsp oil

Directions

    Boil all the green ve gesalong with sugar and onion.. Give only 2_3 boil. Strain and grind to a fine paste

  • 02

    Heat oil kadhai and saute garlic till it changes colour add tomato puree and dry masalas .cook till oil seperates.

    Now add palak puree and cook on low flame for 7_8 mins add paneer and cook again for 3_4 mins..

    Your yummmiii palak paneer is ready to serve with hot nan or chappati
