Ingredients

  • 500 gms Paneer

  • 1 tblspn cornstarch

  • 1 tblspn ginger garlic paste

  • 1/2 tspn salt

  • 1/2 tspn black pepper

  • 1/4 tspn haldi powder

  • 1 bowl hung curd

  • 1 1/2 cup cornflakes crushed

  • 1 tblspn bread crumbs

  • 300 ml oil for frying

Directions

    For marination take a mixing bowl and add hung curd, salt, black pepper, haldi powder, ginger garlic paste and corn starch.

    Mix it very well and make a very fine paste for marination.

    Now cut the paneer into thick finger slices and give it a rocket shape.

    Now dip the paneer slices into the paste for marination and leave it for 5 mins.

    In the meanwhile crush the cornflakes and mix the bread crumbs into the cornflakes.

    Now take out the paneer slices from the paste and slowly slowly coat the mixture of cornflakes on the paneer slices from both the sides of the paneer.

    Now drop it in the heated oil and deep fry it from both the sides of the paneer.

    When gets brown and crisp remove it from the oil on the absorbent sheet.

    Now put them in the skewers and here our Paneer Rockets are ready to fly.

    Serve them with your choice of the dip.
