cut all the vegetables into desired shape and size
Cube the paneer and slice onions
Shallow fry the ladies finger in oil and keep aside
Saute 1 onion, tomato,garlic,ginger and cashews. Cool and grind to a smooth paste
In a heavy bottomed pan melt the butter and add potatoes carrots french beans and stir well
Then add capsicum, babycorn,sweet corn and stir well
Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder
Now add the ground paste
Simmer it for 10 minutes till the butter oozes out
Add the cubed paneer, fried ladies finger and stir well
Now add adequate salt,kasuri methi and garam masala
Simmer again for 5 minutes
Paneer veg makhan Masala is ready
Serve hot with phulkas
