Ingredients

  • Paneer 200 gms


  • Potato 1 large


  • Carrot 100 gms


  • French beans 100 gms


  • Green peas 50 gms


  • Capsicum 100 gms


  • Cabbage 100 gms


  • Baby corn 100 gms


  • Sweet corn 100 gms


  • Ladies finger 5-6


  • Onion 2


  • Tomatoes 2


  • Cashews 10


  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon


  • Kashmiri chilli powder 2 teaspoon


  • Coriander powder 1 tablespoon


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon


  • Salt 1.5 teaspoon


  • Butter 2 tablespoons


  • Oil 1 tablespoon


  • Kasuri methi 1 tablespoon


  • Ginger 1 inch


  • Garlic 6 pods

Directions

  • cut all the vegetables into desired shape and size
  • Cube the paneer and slice onions
  • Shallow fry the ladies finger in oil and keep aside
  • Saute 1 onion, tomato,garlic,ginger and cashews. Cool and grind to a smooth paste
  • In a heavy bottomed pan melt the butter and add potatoes carrots french beans and stir well
  • Then add capsicum, babycorn,sweet corn and stir well
  • Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder
  • Now add the ground paste
  • Simmer it for 10 minutes till the butter oozes out
  • Add the cubed paneer, fried ladies finger and stir well
  • Now add adequate salt,kasuri methi and garam masala
  • Simmer again for 5 minutes
  • Paneer veg makhan Masala is ready
  • Serve hot with phulkas
