Cut the blanched spinach finely then take a pan add 1 tablespoon oil then add garlic saute.
Add gram flour fry for 1min then add spinach saute then add turmeric powder fry for 2min.
Turn off the flame then add salt mix it well and keep it aside to cool.
Take a bowl add grated panner then add salt and pepper powder mix it well then make ball from the mixture.
Coat the Paneer ball with spinach mixture.
Coat the ball with corn flour and deep fry it till it golden brown.
Take a jar add tomato then blend it in fine paste.
Take a pan add 1 tablespoon oil then add cardamom pots, jaivitri, cloves and garlic fry till it golden brown.
Add tomato puree fry for 1min then add panner masala, salt, sugar, red chilli powder cook till it thick.
Add fresh cream fry for 1min then add Kasuri methi mix it well then turn off the flame.
For serving take a plate then cut the ball and put it in plate then pour gravy and garnish it with cream.
Super delicious shaam savera is ready to serve.
