Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Spinach - 1kg (blanched)


  • Oil - 2cup


  • Gram flour - 2tablespoons


  • Garlic - 10cloves (finely chopped)


  • Salt - 2 teaspoon


  • Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon


  • Panner - 1cup (grated 200gm)


  • Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon


  • Corn flour - 2tablespoons


  • Green cardamom - 5pots


  • Cloves - 5 pieces


  • Jaivitri - 1 piece


  • Tomato - 6pieces (roughly chopped)


  • Red chilli powder - 1 /2 teaspoon


  • Panner masala - 1teaspoon


  • Sugar - 1teaspoon


  • Fresh cream - 2tablespoons


  • Kasuri methi - 1teaspoon (dry roasted)

Directions

  • Cut the blanched spinach finely then take a pan add 1 tablespoon oil then add garlic saute.
  • Add gram flour fry for 1min then add spinach saute then add turmeric powder fry for 2min.
  • Turn off the flame then add salt mix it well and keep it aside to cool.
  • Take a bowl add grated panner then add salt and pepper powder mix it well then make ball from the mixture.
  • Coat the Paneer ball with spinach mixture.
  • Coat the ball with corn flour and deep fry it till it golden brown.
  • Take a jar add tomato then blend it in fine paste.
  • Take a pan add 1 tablespoon oil then add cardamom pots, jaivitri, cloves and garlic fry till it golden brown.
  • Add tomato puree fry for 1min then add panner masala, salt, sugar, red chilli powder cook till it thick.
  • Add fresh cream fry for 1min then add Kasuri methi mix it well then turn off the flame.
  • For serving take a plate then cut the ball and put it in plate then pour gravy and garnish it with cream.
  • Super delicious shaam savera is ready to serve.
