Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Paneer - 200gm (cube chopped)


  • Cream - 1/4cup


  • Tomato - 4 medium sized(finely chopped)


  • Cashew paste - 1 tablespoon


  • Kasuri methi - 1teaspoon (dry roasted)


  • Panner Masala - 1teaspoon


  • Cinnamon stick - 2pieces


  • Garlic - 4cloves


  • Ginger - 1inch


  • Red chilli powder - 1teaspoon


  • Coriander powder - 1teaspoon


  • Butter - 3 tablespoons

Directions

  • Take a pan add 1 tablespoon butter then add cinnamon stick, garlic, ginger saute.
  • Add tomato fry till it soft then turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool.
  • After that take a jar add tomato then make fine paste.
  • Take same pan add leftover butter then add red chilli powder in it mix it well then add tomato puree cook for 5min on medium.
  • Add salt, cumin powder and panner masala fry for 2min.
  • Add cashew paste fry for 1min.
  • Add 1/2cup water mix it well then add cream fry for 2min.
  • Add panner cook for 5min then sprinkle Kasuri methi mix it well.
  • Turn off the flame and serve it by garnish of cream.
