Ingredients

  • Suji 3 bowls

  • Besan 1.5 bowl

  • Sugar4 bowls

  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp

  • Almond 2tsp

  • Raisins 2tsp

  • Keshewnuts 2 tsp

  • Ghee 2 bowls

Directions

    Heat 1 bowl ghee in kadahi .Add suji and saute is for 10 minutes till becomes pinkish. Keep aside.

    Heat remaining ghee heat it and add besan saute it for 10 minutes till looses ghee

  • 03

    Take sugar in pan add water till itget drowned .Heat it till boils

  • 04

    Now make the 2 tread chashni with the boiling sugar syrup

  • 05

    Add suji n besan let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame

  • 06

    Add cardamom powder and dry fruits

  • 07

    Mix it well let it cool for an hour or more When it thickens make laddus

  • 08

    You can take sugar less or more as you like
