  • Suji 3 bowls

  • Besan 1.5 bowl

  • Sugar4 bowls

  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp

  • Almond 2tsp

  • Raisins 2tsp

  • Keshewnuts 2 tsp

  • Ghee 2 bowls


  • Heat 1 bowl ghee in kadahi .Add suji and saute is for 10 minutes till becomes pinkish. Keep aside.
  • Heat remaining ghee heat it and add besan saute it for 10 minutes till looses ghee
  • Take sugar in pan add water till itget drowned .Heat it till boils
  • Now make the 2 tread chashni with the boiling sugar syrup
  • Add suji n besan let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame
  • Add cardamom powder and dry fruits
  • Mix it well let it cool for an hour or more When it thickens make laddus
  • You can take sugar less or more as you like
