Ingredients

  • For marination :boneless chicken 150 gms

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • kashmeeri chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp

  • salt - to taste 1 pinch

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • lemon juice 1 tsp

  • For masala : onion 2 nos

  • ginger 1 tsp

  • garlic 1 tsp

  • green chilli 1-2 nos

  • curry leaves 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • kashmeeri chilli powder 3/4 tsp

  • chicken masala 3/4 tsp

  • garam masala 1/4 tsp

  • coriander leaves 1 tsp

  • For batter : all purpose flour 1 cups

  • egg 2 nos

  • milk 1 cups

  • oil. 3/4 cups

  • pepper powder 1/2 tsp

  • salt - to taste 1 pinch

  • capsicum 2 piece

Directions

    Marinate the chicken pieces with 1/4 tsp turmeric powder,1 1/2 tsp of kashmeeri chilli powder,1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1 tsp lemon juice and salt as needed.

    Keep it aside for 20 minutes.

    Deep fry the chicken pieces and mince it.

    Take a non stick pan pour some oil, when it gets heated add chopped onion,ginger,garlic,green chilli and curry leaves.saute it well until it gets golden brown colour

    Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder,3/4 tsp kashmeeri chilli powder,3/4 tsp chicken masala,1/4 tsp garam masala,1 tsp coriander leaves.saute it well .

    Add the minced chicken pieces into the masala and mix.

    Keep it aside until it gets cooled.

    Batter preparation : Add two eggs,1 cup of oil,1 cup of all purpose flour,1 cup and a tsp of milk,a tsp of pepper powder and salt in a jar.

    Mix it and stir it.

    Cooking : place a tawa on a stove,place a non stick pan over it.

    Pour some oil and pour the half amount of batter and cook for 4 minute for being closed.

    Remove the lid add the masala mix evenly over the batter and add the remaining half portion and garnish with capsicum above it and cook for 20 minutes after lids closed.

    Remove from the flame and serve hot.
