Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 75 gms amaranthus


  • 1 1/2 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


  • 1/2 tsp clove


  • 1/2 tsp cardamon


  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic


  • 1 pinch salt - needed


  • 1 nos chilly


  • 1/2 tsp chilly powder


  • 2 pinch turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 pinch garam masala


  • 1/4 cups tomato


  • 1/2 cups cashew nut


  • 250 gms chiken

Directions

  • Wash cleaned amaranthus and steam it 2-3 mins cool it completely and make it to a smooth paste set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan,add cardamon,cinnamon,clover fry until golden.
  • Add ginger garlic paste.fry it in low flame,until the raw smell goes off.
  • Add coriander power,garam masala,turmeric powder and chilly powder fry it until raw smell goes off.
  • Add tomato,when it turn mushy and when the mixture begins to live oil,add cashew nut paste and live it for 1 min.
  • Add chicken,salt and 1 cup of water and mix it well and cook covered till the chicken is fully cooked
  • Add smooth paste of amaranthus,mix it well.
  • serve the dish hot with rice.
