Wash cleaned amaranthus and steam it 2-3 mins cool it completely and make it to a smooth paste set aside.
Heat oil in a pan,add cardamon,cinnamon,clover fry until golden.
Add ginger garlic paste.fry it in low flame,until the raw smell goes off.
Add coriander power,garam masala,turmeric powder and chilly powder fry it until raw smell goes off.
Add tomato,when it turn mushy and when the mixture begins to live oil,add cashew nut paste and live it for 1 min.
Add chicken,salt and 1 cup of water and mix it well and cook covered till the chicken is fully cooked
Add smooth paste of amaranthus,mix it well.
serve the dish hot with rice.
